We provide our customers with precision pre formed solder pads for micro assembly, including nearly 100 types of alloy materials such as Au80Sn20, Sn42Bi58, In97Ag3, etc.

We can provide various standard and non-standard precious metal alloy brazing materials, and can also customize special purpose alloy brazing materials of different specifications and sizes according to user requirements.


PACKAGING


For the convenience of transportation and storage, we provide customized packaging for different pre formed solder pads, including VR packaging, waffle boxes, carrier tapes, scrolls, bulk materials, and other packaging methods in various specifications.


To reduce manual (touch) and product oxidation time in the air, customized packaging can be used according to the quantity used by the customer's work shift.


In addition, the pre formed solder pads need to be sealed and stored in the original container, with an optimal storage temperature of 25 ± 5 ℃ and a relative humidity of ≤ 55% RH. When not in use, the container must be kept sealed and stored in an electronic moisture-proof box. If conditions permit, it is recommended to store them in a clean nitrogen cabinet.
